About Steve Heath

Steve is a graduate from Texas A&M University. He started his career in San Diego involved in all aspects of commercial construction across the pacific northwest. After the move to Idaho, he transitioned from construction to Real Estate Development. After working for various employers, Steve started his own company in Development & Construction Management where he helps owners from site acquisitions, securing entitlements/permits, construction management & owners representation, and closeout of projects. Steve brings his extensive experience in construction and development to the Fromley team. Steve is driven by a strong desire to lead projects that have a positive impact on the community--building communities that enhance residents’ quality of life. He brings extensive experience in managing commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects, as well as real estate development in the multi-family and mixed-use sectors.
